Monday morning we awoke to MORE wind, not that we didn't have wind when we stopped last night for a dinner of beer and popcorn in the camper. This morning it wasn't as cold as yesterday in Santa Fe, but the wind was so strong it was shaking the camper and we closed the smaller awning because it was in distress.
Forsythia and cherry trees are in bloom here!

09:44 First real rain since the 4th of March. of course, wind blown...oops, SNOW! Now back to rain, but cooler. We have stopped for coffee in Kanab. Just checked the weather for this area...rain/snow mix had wind advisory for up to 50mph.
